Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm happy to look into this to see if there is a replacement solution we can offer but I'll need to a bit more information. Are you referring to the window balances that support the sash? If so, I'll need to see a photo of the entire assembly removed from the window to identify the correct replacement, even if it is damaged.

If you are referring to what appears to be the balance cover, unfortunately, this is not something we would be able to supply a replacement for.

Thanks for writing in! Your Vinylmax coil balance assembly can be replaced with our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm that this will be a fit for your repairs, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 Philips Screw. Unfortunately, I cannot make out the exact replacement balance you'd need to complete your assembly based on the stamp. 

That said, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. Once you have the spring strength for the coil you need, you be able to select the one you need from our list of Series 152 Coil Balances.

To replace the cover, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.

Keep in mind, your existing pivot bar may not be compatible with this shoe. If you are unsure, I will need to see it removed from the bottom of the sash.
