Viwinco Awning Operator

Question

Hello,I have a Viwinco awning window where the operator has had a rivet fall out. I'm looking for a replacement. Attached is the part from the Viwinco site, which can be found at this link: Awning Operator - Viwinco WindowsI've found parts 39-239B and 39-239C on your website. They look similar to the Viwinco part, but not completely identical. Would they work for this application? Would I need a new operator cover or will the original operator cover and handle work with this replacement?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your operator indeed looks like the 39-239C, which would be our best option. I'm not sure whether your old cover will work with our operator since the design of the base differs slightly, so you'd need the 39-375 or 39-451. Note that this operator is designed to use the 39-536 pivot slide (sold separately).
