I am in the window business for 42 years and now with Pella 31 years mostly field service but  now i identify windows and parts for just about everyone in the company and the customers who call in.  I am wanting to help a customer identify what brand window they have. The only photo they sent was the top of the auto lock

Thanks for writing in! Your window latch can possibly be replaced with the 90-252 Latch Mechanism and 90-253 Latch Cover. Although, you'll need to remove your existing cover to compare the dimensions and the design.

Take a look over the diagrams below and see if these will work to repair your latches.
