We can help but it looks like you will need the S770 channel balance with the 15-036 hook attached through a custom order. To get started, we'll need you to confirm the exact length of your metal channel, as well as the code stamped on the metal channel.

Also, please note that the minimum order would be two. We always recommend replacing the balances on both sides to prevent damage to the hardware or the window. Thank you!
