We are looking to replace window balancers on non-tilt windows, 2 each for 4 windows (8 total). Can you help me identify the correct part to order? Many thanks!

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-32, S385-32, or S378-32 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Hi Tom, this is great! Can you tell me from the stamp on the metal "31 5 EL" what weight the pair of balances can support? Thanks!

Sure, your old stamp of "31 5" very likely matches our 3150. A pair of balances with that stamp can hold 28 through 32 pounds. If you have any doubts, you can always weigh your sash to be sure. We have a chart on each balance's store page that tells you precisely how much weight each option can carry.
