Thanks for posting! Your balance appears to be a custom configuration of our Series 795 Channel Balance. I am confident our replacement could work for you but I'll need to determine just one more detail to confirm if you'd need to use the standard balance in our inventory.

The balance in your photo appears to be missing the hook/clip that should be attached to the top of the balance. This is a very important detail for identifying the exact replacement you need.

It would also be a good idea to confirm the exact weight of your sash. This will help to determine the correct weight range your balance will need to be able to carry to support the sash weight.
