Question

Im in need of 30 balances, 30 shoes, and 30 sash pens that go into the shoes that hold the window in place. I believe I need 28"x3/8"

Thanks for reaching out! Since your balance tube appears to measure 28-1/2" you would need to round up to the S900-29. Our tip colors are red, green, and yellow so you will need to obtain the exact weight of your sash to determine the equivalent for your white tip balance. There is a chart below the product description for this balance that will indicate the weight range your balance will need to be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

The compatible shoe is likely our 15-046. To determine if this is the right fit, carefully look over the dimensions from the diagram below.

The part you are referring to as a sash pen is called a pivot bar. To confirm the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of your pivot bar removed from the window.
