Hello! Your old pivot bar is a bit too corroded to make out, but the general design reminds me of our 26-040. Start here and see how well it matches up to yours. If it differs in any way, or if you aren't sure that it will work, then I will need a picture of an undamaged pivot bar so that I can find you a better match.
