WINDOW REPLACEMENT PARTS

THIS IS A 3 INCH PIECE THAT FITS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW AND INTO THE MIDDLE PICTURE PIECE. THIS BREAKS MORE OFTEN THAN ICARE TO SAY AND CURRENTLY HAVE THREE WINDOWS THAT NEED THIS.

Looks like you need the pivot bar. See our 26-040, this looks similar. i would just confirm the hole placement is the same as yours.

You mention that yours keeps breaking. There could be a few reasons for this, but the first one to come to mind is that the window is being tilted in without being raised a few inches first. For future reference, we always recommend raising the sash a few inches before you tilt it in to clean.
