WIndow Balance and shoe needed.

Question

Good Afternoon, I need replacement Balance and shoe for 2100 Series Single hung window made for NVR BLDS. Thurmont 6/6 Grill. I believe this is made by Ply Gem.

I ordered the S2795-28 Channel balance and 15-194 Balance shoes but unfortunately the balance had a hole at the attachment point instead of the hook. Attached are pictures. I was told the hook can be ordered. could you add the required 15-194 balance also when ordering.

We can custom assemble the S795-28 balance with the 15-198 hook at the top and the 15-194 T-lock shoe attached. Do you need (6) balances?

Since you already have the balances, another option to consider is the 26-200 screw plug. This will only work though if you have the necessary cutout in the window channel that accepts it. Take a look at the video below for more details.
