WIndow Counter Balance

Question

This balance is from a Philips venal window. The frame is 1/2" x 9/16". The only marking is in ink, 25 4 IQ CALDWELL.
I need two.

Thanks for posting. It appears you have either the S380-26 or the S385-26 with a 2540 stamp. To confirm which series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below to determine which balances are the right fit for your window.
