We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to get started. If you could detach the long arm from the bottom of the sash so that the fitting that connects to the track is visible, that would help us narrow down your options. We'll also need to confirm the length of the operator arm. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles an old-style version of the 39-027E and 39-028E operators, which measure 9-1/2" long as shown below. These assemblies use the 39-114L or folding 39-205 handles. Thanks for posting!
