WIndow balance replacement

Question

Window balances our frozen, customer broke pivot shoe trying to open.
please help identify. i do not know the maunufacturer of the window but the balance seems to be pretty standard. the pivot shoe is larger then most i have found

Hello there. This looks like an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions about this hardware.
