Thanks for writing in to us! Both of the assemblies you have here use the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot but the housing marked with a 7 also uses the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. I am confident this is the replacement you need. Although, you may want remove both the housing pivot and the tandem housing to compare the dimensions and confirm.

These housings are compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balances. You'll need the S180-07 (one for the housing pivot and one for the tandem housing) and the S180-09 which would go in the housing marked with a 9.
There are two pivot bars we typically suggest using with the coil housing pivot. They are the the 26-040 and the 26-063. To determine which of these is the best replacement, you'll need to remove your pivot bar from the bottom of the sash and compare the dimensions below.
