FIRST HOLE IS 1 3/8 FROM END

SECOND HOLE IS 2 3/8 FROM END

Is this Pivot Bar 5/16 wide and 3/16 thick?

I'm afraid it isn't. This part is only 1/4" but it is our best match. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
