Hey Tim. It looks like the thumb lever on your old handle set is perfectly centered between the mounting holes on the inside pull, rather than being closer to one hole or the other. Is that correct? If so, our 82-030A should work for your door. It's a different style, but it has the same 3-15/16" hole spacing and it is compatible with your door's mortise lock (our 82-218). It also has an outside key lock. Take a look and see what you think.

It's Sunday and I've emailed you so many time, sorry. I'm an Old man not thinking of all the questions.
New Question: The attached new pic is the inside view of my present outside handle. I think the center hole could be knocked out to install your locking device. Your thoughts on whether I can. If so should I just buy the locking cylinder and use my existing handles for both inside and outside??

No worries, that's why we're here! Good question. Yes, I do think you could adapt the outside pull to use the 82-310. This is in fact what we used to always recommend with the base version of this handle set (the 82-030) before we brought on a keyed version (the 82-030A). The trick with the 82-030 is that you have to make your own punch out hole to get it to work, which can be a little tricky. However upon closer inspection, it looks like your pull already has a punch out hole outlined, so it shouldn't be as big a hassle. The key then is just cutting the tailpiece of the key lock far enough so that it doesn't interfere with the thumb lever on the other side of the mortise lock, but not so far that it can't interact with the lock properly. This blog article here goes into detail; it discusses some aspects of the 82-030 pull that are not relevant to you, but it also discusses how to cut the tailpiece properly, so you should find it useful. Let us know if you have further questions.
