Per the associate I am working with, she said the blue end attachment is signs this is a custom.

Only one side of the window is broke, but I will probably need to replace both sides so that would be 2 (1pair). Then I have another window that will not stay open so that would be another 2 (1pair) or may keep them as spares. So depending on cost it would be 1 or 2 pair (or 2-4 singles depending on how there sold) Thank You

Sounds good. For now, I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S751-34 (33TG) balances with the 15-233 shoes attached, which can be used to place an order on our website. Let us know if you'd like to change the quantity.

Note that if the other window differs in size, it'll have a different stamp, so you'd want to confirm that as well.
