Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, I still can't quite make out the end profile from your photo. See the video below that shows the type of photo we need. Also, could you elaborate on what you mean bu it being a press-on? Does it use a kerf that inserts into a slot in the sash?

Unfortunately, we were not able to locate an exact match for your Norco weather seal. However, we do carry two options that may be worth considering. The 58-178 is used by Pella and the 58-202 is used by Peachtree. They are not the same shape as your weather seal and I'm not sure they will work on your Norco window. With that being said, take a look and compare the dimensions and shape to yours.
