Weather Barr Casement Windows

Question

Hello I have a house with three of these that need egress hinges and one of the operators is broken.  The window brand is weather Barr.  The overall length of the hinge is 13"

Thanks for posting! Your Weather Barr casement window operator looks similar to either our 39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator or our 39-438B Encore Dual Arm Operator. To confirm which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare them; take note of the differences between each operator. Once you've determined the operator your need, you'll be able to confirm the compatible hardware from the 'related items' section on their respective webpage in the online catalog.

In regard to your 13" hinge, we do not carry a replacement with your exact track length but our 36-049 2-Bar Hinge Set should work as a suitable replacement alternative. Carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing hinge to determine if this will work for you.

Since these aren't a direct replacement, there is a likelihood you will need to drill new installation holes to install these hinges. If so, you'll need to be careful not to drill to far into the frame which can damage the frame or crack the glass.
