Weather Shield Cord Retainer

A home owner from Denver, CO says:
Photos of 1) a piece I'll call the broken off cord retainer otherwise hidden in the track 2) the broken shoe and 3) an intact shoe on left side of the upper sash.
Is there any hope of finding one? Or a work around?
Thanks, Jim

Hey, Jim. This looks like a knife lock shoe for a tilt window channel balance. It's tough to tell what you have while it's still in the track, since so much of it is obscured, but I think it looks a lot like our 15-014. Start by examining this part and see how well it compares to the original.
