Weather Stripping for Alcoa Casement Windows

Quick Learner from South Bethany
Alcoa windows were used when my house was built in 1977. All the weather stripping has deteriorated which causes some windows to leak when it rains. Please advise if you have replacement weather stripping for these windows. It is not possible to provide a picture because all the weather stripping has completely deteriorated.

Thank you for contacting us. Because we are not able to see the weatherstripping and have limited information about it, we are not able to make a proper recommendation for you. You mention that it has deteriorated. If there is any way you can send us a photo of at least the end profile of the strip, we may begin to search for some replacements for you. In the meantime, I invite you to go on our website to view our weather stripping selection to see if any of these look similar to what you currently have.

Mike, attached are some photos of weather stripping

Mike, another issue with my Alcoa casement windows is the plastic part that holds the latch is broken- see photos.

Thanks for contacting us. Your lock is similar to our 38-036, but it's hard to tell. Look it over and see what you think.

I'm afraid I cannot confirm what your weatherseal is. We would need you to remove a small sample and show us a clear shot of its end profile. I will also need the size of its end profile. That is the only way we can identify a match. I'm afraid no other angle will do.
