It looks like you need a balance, a lock, and a pivot. Unfortunately, I cannot identify what you have from these photos.

Can you please remove each of the three parts from the window and show us more pictures of them separately? For the balance, I specifically need to see the top end, bottom end, and whatever clip, hook, or shoe is at the end of the cord.

Thank you!

I hope this works ? Most of this is weather stripping for crank out windows.

Thanks Ed

Thanks, Ed! These photos are a huge help. Starting with the balance and pivot, it looks to me like your balance shoe matches our 15-014. This is almost exclusively used on our Series 751 ribbed channel balance. There's a good chance this is what you have, but look it over and see what you think.

That also leads me to the pivot: compatible with the aforementioned 15-014 is our 26-150 pair. I feel pretty confident these are what you want, as well.

Finally, regarding the weatherstripping, I think our 58-055 may be your best bet. This has the same angled base as yours and just eyeballing it I think the dimensions will match up. You can refer to ours below to confirm.

Oh, I'm sorry for missing that. This looks like a type of leaf seal. We carry a couple different kinds, and the best match will depend on dimensions, like before. You can see what we have here

Sure, not a problem! That's what I'm here for.

This seal here is discontinued and no longer made. You may also be able to use the 58-055 to replace this, or maybe the 58-053 if the angle on the 58-055 is too dramatic.
