Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with replacement balances that have a knife lock shoe. However, to confirm that we are supplying your with the correct knife lock shoe, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Are you looking to replace the pivot bars as well? If so, I'll need to see a photo of those removed from the window as well.

I would not be able to send photos of the pivot bar, because I do not know the exact part you have in the window. It is the metal bar that sticks out of the bottom corner of the sash. Its function is to connect to the pivot shoe in the window so that it can 'pivot' the cam inside the shoe.

I'll need to see a photo of yours removed to recommend any replacements.

Thanks for the photos. Your balance looks like it could the Series 770 channel but with the 15-014 knife lock shoe attached. With that said, these will need to be a custom/special order balance.

The 30TG stamped from your balances cannot be cross-referenced with the stamps for the newer channel, so I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash to confirm the stamp you'll need. Please also provide a photo of the top of your balance as well as how it attaches to the top of your window.

To get your order link made up, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
