Please find a rest of if plus handless. I have measurements as far as center to center screws mounting is 3 7/8

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-030 handles set with 3-15/16" center hole spacing to your clients. As for the mortise lock, I agree that as long as the dimensions match yours, the 82-260 resembles your photos, which is compatible with the 82-249 keeper. Please note that only the handle set is available in black. Unfortunately, most mortise locks and keepers are not available in multiple color options.
