Weatherstrip under KC door

Question

Hi, The weatherstripping and the piece it is attached to needs to be replaced on my KC patio doors.  The label on the door says KC, Clad Swinging Door, ATR-K-001.  Any ideas where I can find this? We need it for both patio doors.  Thanks.

To further review, we will need to see an undamaged piece removed from the door where we can see a clear view of the end profile.
