Weatherstripping around crank out windows

Quick Learner from Illinois
Hello, i was wondering if you thought this weather stripping was replaceable. Im not really sure where it belongs (see last photo). Both windows seem to have a vinyl type of weatherstripping completely in tact around both windows. This piece seems to be more foam like. Perhaps it went between the windows when they close? I also noticed a piece that is coming loose on the hinge side of one of the windows (see last photo) These foam pieces seem like they're dried out, so maybe they are just getting old and need to be replaced. What do you reccomend?
Thanks!

Yes, your seal should absolutely be replaceable. From what I see it just looks like they've gotten old and brittle, like you suggested. As for what they are, I can somewhat make out your seal in your second and third pictures, but I can't tell how it installs in the window. Could you remove an undamaged sample and show me a clear picture of its end profile? That would help us find something that matches. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
