Weathervane/Lauren Window replacement hardware

Hello,
Looking to replace some stripped hardware for windows in a house we plan to sell in 1 year. As shown in the photo the numbers on the hardware are 40942-A.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at our 39-014 and 39-028E operators along with the 39-114L handle and 36-048 hinge set. For a new track, see either the 39-505 or 39-533 depending on your original. Carefully review the specifications for each of these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Note, we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
