Wenco Balance Mechanism

We have multiple sizes of Wenco windows with broken balance mechanisms,
i.e. broken cords or shattered plastic parts.

Windows are double hung, tilt.

Marking on Windows is: WEN AZ

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the only part we may be able to help with is the friction shoe which resembles the 15-104. Unfortunately, we can't replace the springs. Since this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
