I have a customer who has Wenco double hung Windows that was made around 1984 and need parts.do who have a part list for these windows here two more pictures

I'm afraid we won't be able to replace the spring, but the friction shoe resembles our 15-104. If you need the spring, you will need to replace the jamb liner. I recommend contacting a local mill work in that scenario. As for the tilt pin, see our 20-016. This may work for you.
Finally, concerning the weatherseal, I will need to see a picture of its cross section. That will allow us to find a good match.
