Wenco single hung vinyl window parts

Question

Hi, I'm looking for replacement parts for a few Wenco single hung vinyl windows I've got, size is 36x60. I've got 3 windows that the balancers are going , it appears the upper white nylon piece has broken. per your site the block & tackle balancers are no longer avail. but you do have modern replacements avail.
I am a carpenter so I've got some skills that lead me to believe I can do this repair especially with your guideance. If the attached pics are not enough and I need to remove parts I may need to wait til weather is more favorable and not dead of winter. Thanks & I look forward to your reply.

You're correct that your crossbow balances are no longer available, but the S795 can be used as a replacement as long as your balance spring measures 1/2" in diameter. See the full conversion video below to walk you through the process. Thank you!
