What Type of Balance is this?

What Type of Balance is this? it measures approximately 1-1/4" Wide X 4-1/2" Long. I couldn't measure the depth but I would assume maybe 1/4" deep. I also include a picture of the shoe

Hello,

I can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your pivot shoe reminds me of the 17/32" thick 15-199, which uses either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or 3/8" wide Series 165. I would recommend removing your assembly from the window to confirm the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe and coil spring width. Thank you!
