What about the pivot bar

Swisco, a Swisco.com help agent thought my coil assembly looked like your Series 140. My sash weighs 16 pounds.
What about the pivot bar? It's 2-1/2" long and the first hole is 1-1/4" from the working end.

Hello! I agree, our Series 140 looks like a great option. As for the pivot bar, the Series 140 is compatible with two styles: either the 26-398 or 26-405. They look a little different from yours, but they interact with the Series 140 cam so I'm not worried. What's most important at this stage is to pick the one whose hole placement matches your original. Neither one matches 1-1/4", so I recommend triple checking that to be safe, as well as checking the back hole. Only one of them needs to match. Also make sure to measure from the center of the hole, not its edge.
