What are these Window Pivot Shoes?

Hi, we have a similar pivot shoe 15-177, but our coil springs, Series 152 are screwed to the pivot shoe. At the end of the coil spring near the pivot shoe, there should be a spring weight code stamped on it. Look everything over and let us know if you have any additional questions.
