What channel balance do I need?

Channel 28" long

1/2 wide

stamp on current channel balance is: 27 4 FS CALDWELL

Please see photos for plastic pieces on each end. Please advise exactly what channel I need to order I need to do to window so I'll be ordering four of these

Hello David. See either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2740.
