What do I need to replace 28C (marked)

Hello, need few replacements for channel balance the long is 29" (metal part) and wide is 0.50". I don't know what to get, please advise. I also need a cap to close the channel balance. Should I replace both of them?

Hi, John. This looks like an older design of our S380-29. Look this product over and let me know if you agree.

We do recommend replacing both balances at the same time, yes.

Sure thing. This part is called a top sash guide; yours in particular looks like a good match for our 18-180. Look it over and let me know what you think.
