I think the tilts are 143 and 144 Cant figure the springs out

Thanks for posting. Are you referring to our 26-243 and 26-244? We do not have any tilt latches with the numbers you gave. As for the coil balance system see our 15-204 housing and 3/8" thick Series 165 coil spring. These look like they may match.
