Hello I have a few windows with broken balances and it looks like you are the best at identifying parts so that I may order them from you. Thanks in advance for your time and help. I could not locate a stamped number on either part.

Thank you for your post. For your pivot shoe, take a look at our 15-177. As for your coil spring, we recommend you taking a look at our Series 152 coil spring. To provide you with the most accurate weight option, we need to have the number that is printed on your coil spring. If there is no stamped number, we would need your sash weight, as well as the number of springs that are being used on each side as the sash.
