What is this Coil?

Hi what is this coil and what part is can replace it with? Need 2 new ones and also on the bottom of the window there is a metal rod on each corner that goes into thr coil sliders. One of the rods pictured has broken off. Please suggest.

Please review the S220-09 coil balance assembly. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit! Together with the other side, the total sash weight should be 18 pounds.
