What is this part

I have a broken part on a sliding door. This is a photo of the same piece but not broken. I don't know what it's called or where to find a replacement part. If you can help me I would be thankful.

This part is called a mortise lock. Yours in particular looks similar to our 82-260. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
