What part number do I need?

Could you please let me know what replacement part number as shown in the photos? By facing the windows, the left side is broken. I have several of these that need to be replaced both left & right sides as the windows are hard to move up & down and or stacked. It's a non tilt windows. The side dimensions is 0.5" & the length is 20". The marking is (05/06) Unique 19-D-40.Please let me know.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1940 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
