What pivot shoe do I have?

I have attached a picture of my pivot shoes that I need to replace. Most of them are broken and will most likely replace them all to be on the safe side. The shoe (which also has a 200/574 stamp on it as mentioned above) seems to match the 15-045 model. They have the same measurements. My spiral balances measure approximately 32" and are red tipped matching model S900-32. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your help.

I agree! I think out 15-045 looks to be a good match. However, I can't say for sure without knowing the dimensions and seeing the pivot shoe removed from the window. How do the dimensions match up? Make sure to check the thickness and width especially.
