What sash cam do I need?

I am pretty sure my sash is S390-28 (2730). I measured the current top sash cams but clearly they are broken so I am not sure which I need.

Hello there. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. A load of different top sash guides can work with these; the best thing to do is to remove an old sash guide and show us photos from the front and side. We should be able to narrow things down from there.

This Top Sash Guide looks a bit like the 18-060, but please compare to confirm.
