What to order

Hello, several of my windows are tilted and I've found that the window channel balances are broken. I'm trying to figure out what sizes I need. The marking on the balance says  2040 BSI NC. The metal parts measure 21" in length. They are just shy of 5/8" wide. Depth is about 5/8" as well. Can you please let me know what I need to replace these?

We'd be happy to help but we would also need to see the top fitting of your channel balance uninstalled to determine if it has wings like your bottom fitting.

It also looks like you may have broken top sash guides that hold the balances in place below the sash. If so, we'll need to see an intact part removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory.
