What to replace this discontinued handle with

A quick learner from California says:
I am hoping not to have to drill any holes, the screws are 5 3/8" apart. Any suggestions for a handle that would fit these pre-drilled holes?

The handle is clamp style.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I don't think you're going to be able to avoid drilling new holes with this. The only handle set we have with that hole spacing is for a door with an internal latch, whereas you need a surface mount set. See our 82-005. While you will have to drill new holes, this matches the surface mount configuration of your door, and so I think it's the best choice you have. Take a look and see what you think!
