What tool or tools can be used to wedge open the channel on the screen frame in order to insert the 70-211 screen turn clip silverline?

What I do to install these clips is to use a small flat blade screw driver to wedge open the frame were the clip is. You only want to wedge it a little, just enough to slip in the clip. You can then use a set of pliers to squeeze the frame back. After you installed the locking tab, snap the turn handle into the tab.
