What type of balancer do I need?

Could you tell me what type and size of balancer I need to replace in this window? The window is vinyl double hung that tips open to clean. Photos attached.

I also need a new pin. Photo attached.

Hello! Your balance assembly appears to be a match for our Series 140. Based on the stamps I see here, you have the 7 pound S140-07 for the bottom sash and the S140-06 for the top sash.

As for the pivot bar, there are two possibilities: either the 26-398 or the 26-405. The only difference between them is hole spacing, so you'll have to compare your dimensions to ours to verify the better option.
