What type of handle I need to replace the old one

I like to replace my old patio door handle but I'm not sure what model t get home depot did not have this type just need to no type name or model # to purchase few of them.

Hello! This handle set appears to be a close match for our 82-005. They're both the same surface-mount style and utilize the same kind of latch. I think this may be what you're looking for but look it over and see what you think.
