Hello! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. We have several that may replace this, though, and I am not sure what to recommend. It ultimately comes down to size. 

You can start by looking at our 15-015 and maybe our 15-046, as well. You should remove yours from the window first to ensure that your measurements are as accurate as possible.
