Thanks for reaching out! Your exact shoe is no longer made but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work well as a replacement. Be sure to double check the dimensions below to confirm.

If you are looking to replace the coils, you'll need the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance, which is screwed onto the shoe using the 33-072. To determine the right springs for your assemblies, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the spring(s). 

If yours do not have any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window. That number will give your the spring you need to select from the list of Series 152 balances.

You may also need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
