Which Part do I order?

Question

No markings on parts (see file channel-balance.jpg for all measurements). There is the name "Jordan" on lock assembly. Window is ~ 24"x23". Channel width is 9/16". Length of channel is 23". There is a "lip" (~1/6") on each side that runs the length of the channel. Can you tell me what to order (series, option and top sash guide)? Thanks

Thanks for writing in, and thanks for providing in-depth dimensions. See our S390-23. If there's no markings on the metal channel, the only way to know what stamp option you need is to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on the S390-23 product page.
